Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 246 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
