Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Orlando, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
