Highbridge Hollow Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience.
