Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Bright Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
