Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Analytics and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 8 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
