Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
