Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
