Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
