Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
