Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Learning Group is an education provider in Memphis serving students and families, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
