Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Forge Civic Services supports public agencies in Memphis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
