Clearpath Yarrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
