Silverline Sparrow Arts Center Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
