Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
