Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
