Summit Mill Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
