Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Community Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
