Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Lakeside Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
