Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Pike Learning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
