Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Forge Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Kansas City design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
