Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Kansas City with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
