Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Kansas City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
