Harborlight Mill Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 997 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing.
