Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ember Housing and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
