Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Houston. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
