Lumen Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Houston serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
