Westbrook Maple Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
