Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Grand Rapids presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
