Nova Timber Housing is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
