Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
