Westbrook Clear Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
