Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Corner Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
