Greenridge Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Grand Rapids design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
