Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Wren Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Grand Rapids presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
