Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Field Community Partners is a Grand Rapids charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
