Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
