Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Ivory Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
