Fernwood Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Fort Worth design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
