Harborlight Ember Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
