Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies.
