Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Columbus, OH)

Nova Wren Arts Center is an arts centre in Columbus with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
