Harborlight Rook Property Management is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Grant reporting experience.
