Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
