Lumen Vale Housing is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
