Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Care Services Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
