Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Chicago, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
