Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Mill Care Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
