Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Boston, MA)

Northwind Cross Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Boston presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
