Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Early Learning runs childcare centres in Boston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
