Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Boston, MA)

Bright Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around Boston. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 880 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
